Ian was a great Driving Instructor. I was always quite nervous about driving however by creating a friendly and relaxed environment Ian helped to boost my confidence. Leading me to pass my test first time. I couldn't have had a better Driving Instructor than Ian. For every technique he has, he has a full explanation which really helps to grasp these methods. He is patient and will always deal with any problems - such as a tyre puncture (a screw lodged in tyre) 30 mins before the practical test!!! Because of all this, as well as his belief in me, I passed first time with 2 minors. I highly recommend!!

I couldn't have asked for a better Driving Instructor than Ian. He was patient and always happy to answer any question I had or explain anything I did not understand. He gave clear instructions and told me some great memorable methods/routines that make it possible to do maneouvres right time after time. I originally did an intensive driving course and a combination of minimal confidence and poor instruction I failed my first driving test and stopped driving for about 8 months. Ian (new Instructor) really opened my eyes and taught me things I will keep for the rest of my driving career. Ian makes you feel so comfortable and his calm and reassuring approach really helped me regain my confidence. So much so that when it came to sitting my test, despite being nervous to sit it, I wasn't afraid as I knew that no matter what happened Ian would take the result and we would work at it until I passed. I DID pass at the 1st attempt with Ian and I couldn't thank him enough. I highly commend him to anyone who may be nervous about driving. Thank you Ian.

I cannot thank Ian enough for the confidence he gave me. I was able to pass my test first time with only 2 minor faults. Ian's clear and simple instructions help you even after you have passed your test. He doesn't just take you on test routes which means you don't get confused by any unusual situations during or after the test. Ian was also very helpful when it came to booking the theory and practical tests as the DVLA took weeks to sort out a problem with my licence. I would recommend him to anyone.

When I arrived from Russia, I knew need again pass driving test. I have not big driving experience, just couple of years. For me was really hard job to pass theory test (another language, a lot of words I didn't know). But I pass and my friend recommended me Ian, she told he is really nice. Its really true! I so enjoyed my lessons, he was very patient, professional, calm in any situation. He explained me everything I needed, everything I asked and I understand him perfectly. It's very important,special for people whose English second language. I think 90% of successes in driving test its good driving instructor!
So I pass 1st time and I recommend him!!

The repetitive practice of manoeuvres will make you feel ready for any of the 4 that will occur in your test.
